Standard Shipping Delivery in 2-14 working days.
Express Shipping Delivery in 1-4 working days.
Delivery times begin day the order is placed.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our studio.
Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery (duties are on us).

Return Policy
You can return any item purchased on SŒURS within 14 days of the delivery date. Here's how:
- Fill out the Return Form.
- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return the amount of money paid by the customer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the customer.
