Return Policy
You can return any item purchased on SŒURS within 14 days of the delivery date. Here's how:
- Fill out the Return Form.
- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return the amount of money paid by the customer under the contract, with the exception of the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the customer no later than ten days after the consumer submits the relevant request.
